SEDAC is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) in partnership with investor-owned utilities in Illinois. SEDAC provides valuable services at no cost to Illinois businesses and public facilities. SEDAC is managed by the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in partnership with the 360 Energy Group, LLC. SEDAC collaborates with the Energy Resources Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
