Grace Pedersen Visiting Research Engineer Grace Pedersen is a Visiting Research Engineer at the Energy Resources Center (ERC) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Grace joined the ERC in June of 2012. She is currently working on energy assessments for the Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC) program. Prior to working at the ERC, Grace spent 5 months at SEDAC learning how to conduct energy assessments. Grace graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in December 2011. Her prior internships in environmental education and building commissioning have led her to further pursue her interest in reducing our environmental impact through the built environment.
